Supervisor Prep Course Academy

Our Supervisor Prep Course covers a range of topics that will help supervisors and managers become effective leaders. We start by emphasizing the importance of understanding the roles and responsibilities of a supervisor/manager. Participants will learn about setting expectations, managing conflicts, and motivating their teams. We also discuss the impact of different leadership styles with their team and how to adjust your approach accordingly. Most importantly, we shed light on collaborating with HR and building a healthy working relationship with them. Participants will learn how to identify potential legal issues, and when to escalate concerns to HR.
